Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why I built my approach around three simple ideas: Context, Cost, and Confidence. The goal is not to rush you into a deal, but to help you understand the full picture so you can move forward in a way that makes sense for you.
Context is about understanding where you are today and where you want to go. That includes your timeline, your expectations, and what matters most to you. Every situation is different, and before talking numbers or homes, it’s important to make sure the plan fits your real life — not just the market.
Cost goes beyond the price of the house. It looks at how a move will actually affect your finances month to month. That includes payments, insurance, taxes, and overall comfort. A home can look great on paper but still create stress if the true cost isn’t clear.
When you understand the context and the real cost, you gain confidence. You’re able to make decisions calmly and without pressure. Sometimes that means moving forward, and sometimes it means waiting — and that’s okay. No deal is better than regret.
If you’d like help seeing the full picture for your own situation, I’m always happy to talk things through.
