Marcelo was born and raised in Recife, Brazil, and later built my professional life in Athens, Georgia. After nearly two decades in corporate roles, he transitioned into real estate with a clear purpose: to bring calm, clarity, and straight talk to a process that often feels rushed and overwhelming.
Over the years, Marcelo noticed something important. The biggest stress his clients felt wasn’t about interest rates or prices — it was about not knowing if they were making the right decision for their life.
